The Protagonist - "Theoretically recovered
corrupt memories [CD 1]" (7/10)
Review Date: (06/11/2024)
Sorry for being late with the review. I was supposed to write it a
couple of days ago, but I was busy.
Ah, this album is a little special to me. The first CD was released
on February 14th, the day I got back with Sonic4. This is the first
part of a long series that we listened to together in full before.
So, I'm going to skip over the songs, if that's fine.
I really love dark ambience, so it's no wonder that I love this
album. It's incredible to immerse yourself in the music, and the
emotions that it makes you feel. It might be disturbing for others,
but it's soothing for me.
This makes me feel like I can see the boundaries that separate his
memories. It allows me to go from one memory to another and feel the
emotions left in them. That is the concept of the album, isn't it?
Since most of the tracks sound the same, I'm going to talk about the
sound of the album overall. CD 1 is the introduction, and it's a mix
of emotional memories and dark ambience that perfectly blends in
with nostalgia. If I had to pick a favorite song, it would be Memory
Seven.
I would recommend this album if you're into dark ambience and like
to immerse yourself in the digital ambient sound of memories. |
