THE PROTAGONIST The Protagonist imagines a calmer, more thoughtful individual, lost in his own mind, navigating a dark maze of meaningless expressions and faded recollections. These decaying musical pieces, sampling a number of obscure old-time singles, attempt to represent Eray's crippled ability of recalling songs from his past, and with them the places, people, and feelings of growing up and leaving his earlier years as a student behind. |
