Recollections from the tormented town - Artwork

The original photo used on the album cover

The first concept artwork from September 2021

Facts about the album's production:

- This mix was actually made up from a bunch of random
songs I made when I was bored, mostly from November
during the production of Constant recurrence of delusions.
I was planning to make an album with them, but making
a mix was a better choice.

- The album cover photo was taken in September 2021, on
this exact highway, of this building that sells water containers.

- The footage used in the sonic4test upload of the mix is taken
at this old shopping mall that has been temporarily closed.
A clearer video footage of the entire trip is available on
the Sonicthehedgeho4 channel as an unlisted video. If
you're into liminal spaces, you should check it out.

- Just like Memorialized fragments from the ruins of Yesilkoy
Okullari, this mix was also supposed to be tied to an event.
There isn't an event that I can host, and there's no way to
get this mix to be aired on the radio. In my head, playing
this while walking around the dead streets of Bursa
with a cloudy weather seems like how I invisioned
it. Maybe one day I will go back there.

- Story wise, this album is about The Protagonist quitting his job
of taking care of my memories, and going back to his hometown
to live by himself. The house on the album cover is a fictional
depiction of his old house. Inside the house, it has been left
to dust. There's many old memories that haven't been seen
before, and this mix is just a glimpse of them. Hopefully,
things will turn out okay for him. He needs to rest.
