Facts about the
album's production:
- This album is a great
leap for The Protagonist's discography,
as it demonstrated the new style of deterioration of
memories
in audio form. The previous era was about my own memories,
but
now it evolved into depicting failing memory and mental
illnesses.
- The album cover was
made by BH Obsidian, and he will make
all future artwork of The Protagonist and various other
releases.
-
The songs sampled in
this album are from the post war era,
most notably the 1940's and 1950's because many of these
songs have appeared in fallout games and I have some
personal memories attached to them. They also do a
great job at setting the mood of what the repeating
modern albums by The Protagonist sound like.
- This album was made in just two weeks, and I've doubted
myself when I said "I don't have any ideas for this yet, so
you
better wait a long time for it." I made the audio, and BH
made the
artwork. If it wasn't for him, then this album would have
come
out six months later and wouldn't be as good as it is now.
- This album was meant to be pressed on Vinyl, but it
failed because of Kunaki's faulty servers. Fortunately,
they fixed the issue and
a vinyl release was made.
