This is the seventh release of The Protagonist.

The album code MAETP stands for "Memories Always Endure The Passage"

This album code is used in the following releases by The Protagonist that explore

the psychology of the human mind and how it interprets thoughts and memories.

About the album:

"Constant recurrence of delusions" is very different compared to the previous releases by

The Protagonist because of how it uses deterioration in the quality of sound and repetition

within the melodies to show how brain fails at recalling memories and interpreting informa-

tion properly. Emotion has its role in affecting how certain things are remembered, and the

track titles point to The Protagonist's many cases of faulty attempts to recover information.

Background:

Constant recurrence of delusions consists of samples from post war 78-rpm records.

It's the first album to revolve around the concept of Schizophrenia disease rather than

memory loss, and it's less abstract than Theoretically recovered corrupt memories. It

uses looping to depict the emotions related with the difficulty of recalling, and the track

titles reference various memory disorders. Constant recurrence of delusions is also the

first album to use artwork by BH Obsidian. He had also previously worked as a sound

artist and has made many photorealistic cosmic horror videos. His paintings perfectly

depict the concept of my albums, and I'm also surprised that he wanted to help me

with making the album covers. The vinyl version of the release comes with an alterna-

tive cover depicting a minimalistic empty frame held up by a platform. Without him,

this album would've come out months later and never be the same as it is today.
