Firstoff is The Lifeguard's debut album, and it is a 12-track long album which has a mysterious premise, even though the songs sound pretty chill and catchy.

"Honestly, this is my second best album, and for a debut album it's surprisingly good! A Trip has a handful of banger tracks, and Alphabet is.... really bad. Except for two or three tracks. I really like this album personally, my top three tracks of this one have to be Solar, Bang and Leaves."
