Eray & Hits is certainly one of my important
aliases, and the first to have an established
online presence on YouTube and Instagram so
outsiders and relatives can listen to my songs
and albums with ease.
The name (and the joke) first
started when we made
"The British Beef Album", which was a joke
album where we sang, remixed, and made different
versions and covers of Leon & Hits' Beef
Interlude when the full song was just found.
But the alias became something
official when
Issaccopathology released and topped the
charts on both my channel and Alice98's channel.
I had no idea that one of my random albums would
blow up like that, so I saw the opportunity and
established a separate Bandcamp, YouTube
channel, and an Instagram account. I did this
because I wanted my friends and family to hear
the singles I make.
Not all of the music here are
distorted and broken. I try to keep this unique
and interesting with song covers, noise albums,
mashups, and ambient works all in one place.
There isn't really a genre for Eray & Hits, it's
whatever I want it to be.
Though, in its core, Eray & Hits
is a singer. I like singing but never found the
courage to sing around others. I guess this was
one way to be confident about myself, because
some of the songs here became actual hits.
