Facts about the
album's production:
- The album's production
took exactly 1 week of non-stop working.
- The first made
track is "Dreams
of love and friendship",
which I accidentally made while I was messing around with
Audacity on my Windows XP laptop in school. It sounded
amazing, and that gave
me the inspiration and motivation to work on the rest of the
album.
- The tracks on this
album were made in order, Track 1
being the first, Track 2
being the second, and so on.
- "Those
old days" is
by far the most horrifying and
distorted track
I've made, and this is how it sounds like
when it's sped up and compared to the sample.
- I have a sony
video camera, and I used to record everything in my
life in
2018-2019, including my time in school. "Here
I am with a
broken heart", "Afterimage
of a crimson eye", and "In
the dead of
the night" are
all sampling videos I recoreded at my old school.
- The sample of
"Bell that keeps
on ringing" is
unknown,
as it samples the melody
of the school's bell.
- Under
a warm innocent blanket's
sample comes from a now
deleted youtube
video called "3
HOURS OF VAPORWAVE / SYNTHWAVE", and
I was lucky enough to download before
it was taken
down. This mix is fully sampled in the
next
album, "Theoretically
recovered corrupt memories."
- "Make
a brand new start and dance" is
the
song played for the
dance performance of 5/A.
- The track "Together" was
made on an old Windows XP
laptop, because I was
having problems with Audacity
when it came to editing
this track specifically.
- Here's how the first draft of the album cover looked like:
- And here's the final draft of the album cover (without
text):
- This was a goodbye note at the end of the visuals, hinting
at
the release of Theoretically recovered corrupt memories
