"Additionally recovered memories" is the fifth release by The Protagonist and a direct follow up to "Theoretically recovered corrupt memories" with twenty extra memories that were left out from the previous six CDs. The album sounds vibrant and experimental compared to the dark and destroyed memories of the former.

"After completing Theoretically recovered corrupt memories in late September, I still had left over memories that didn't make it in the six part series. I wanted to experiment with these memories a little more, so instead of making them 'corrupted' with no emotion left, these memories are bright and mostly unbothered, taken at true face value by The Protagonist.

This album is the final part of the recovered memories series, and it's a conclusion of my proudest creation yet. It was my dream to preserve my memories in audio form as a way to carry them into the future, and as an abstract expression of emotions and concepts that words cannot express."
