"HXPPY THXUGHTS 2" is a 10-track album that's meant to be a sequel to Hxppy Thxughts, which was an album about mourning the loss of a close friend. However, this album is about Sonic4's recent mental decline that arised from his hopes for a better future being repeatedly let down. This lead to a metaphorical mental wall being built overtime, to hide from the frustrating world around him.

The album ends with a cliffhanger where Sonic4 goes insane, says his final goodbyes after making up his mind, and ends Sonic4 Test Records after placing the last brick in the wall. After the abrupt ending, a distorted version of DEAD CHAT plays, which symbolizes his broken morals, personality, and dreams.
