"HT3" is a 25-track plunderphonic hauntology album by Sonic4, and it's a follow up to the previous HXPPY THXUGHTS 2. It continues the story from where it left off from, showing his recent highs and lows from the aftermath of the wall's completion and the end of Sonic4 Test Records.

The structure of the tracklisting is very similar to All The Memories From The Underground Classroom, which was the first album he made. The album cover is stylized in a similar way too, with a depiction of Yukari-sama facing towards the stage and Sonic4 standing next to her, facing away from the stage that was in the album cover of The Underground Classroom.

The sound of the album combines Sonic4's modern style of experimental plunderphonics as seen in Hata Bende, the noisy electronic music from ISSACCOPATHOLOGY, and the absurd hauntology from The YOUKAI.

"For a while, I really wanted to make an album like my first. I'm so proud of myself because I finally achieved that dream. I might not be at my best, but my legacy lives on through my music. Not many care, but neither do I."
